Jaguar Antique Vintage Cars: XJ6 & XJS

Jaguar Antique Vintage Cars are still loved today by many enthusiasts and aficionados with their affordable price tag and distinctive styling. Jaguar is basically a British automobile manufacturing company who initially produced high quality aluminium motorcycle sidecar carriages. The company was initially found by William Walmsley and Bill Lyons in the year 1922 as Swallow Sidecar Company. Jaguar XJ6 was produced and introduced in 1970s by Jaguar Company, British automobile manufacturer. It is powered by 90-degree, 4.2 liter MPFI DOHC front mounted 32-valve V8 engine which is good for generating 300 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 310 pound feet of torque at 4100 rpm. It is mated with six-speed electronically controlled adaptive automatic transmission with J-Gate floor mounted shifter.

The Jaguar XJ6 is equipped with features and equipments like anti-theft alarm, engine immobilizer, exterior monitoring, automatic release parking brake, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, dynamic stability control, all-speed traction control, wireless communication access for Bluetooth, 320 watts premium sound system, chrome grille with black mesh, wood and leather steering wheel, leatherette upholstered dash, active front head restraints, automatic adaptive variable suspension and power windows, mirrors & wipers.

Jaguar XJS was manufactured and launched in the year 1968 and has been through several midlife redesigns and three generations.
